1. Eligibility for Returns:

You may request a return for items purchased directly from Chariya's Kitchen under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The product is in its original, unopened packaging and is in new, unused, and resalable condition.
• The product is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us: Reach out to our email at chariya.kitchen@gmail.com  to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns made without an RA number will not be accepted.

b. Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

c. Labeling: Clearly mark the outside of the package with the RA number provided by us.

d. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

3. Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

4. Exchanges:

Chariya's Kitchen does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

If your Chariya's Kitchen product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us immediately at chariya.kitchen@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective product, and we will promptly replace it or issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy applies.

• Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders exceeding £45. For orders under this amount, we offer the following shipping options:

• Royal Mail Track 48: £4.95
• Royal Mail Track 24: £6.95

2. Order Processing:

• All orders are typically processed within 2-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

• We currently ship to the UK and Northern Ireland excluding channel islands.
